Are you as excited about Twilight’s second installment, New Moon as much as I am? But frankly speaking, Twilight the movie wasn’t very good noh? It was more of a fashion music video than a movie. Although I can’t really classify myself as a Twi-fan, I remember going gaga over the books even before the height of the fever. And I thought I was the only one losing touch with reality with those books! Call it my guilty pleasure. Haha.

Here’s a recent spread from Glamour Magazine featuring the women of Twilight, sans the most popular of them all, Kristen Stewart, I wonder why?

Ashley Green, recently fired Rachelle LeFevre, Nikki Reed, and newcomer Noot Seear

I wonder why they replaced Rachelle LaFevre? I mean yes they stated reasons but why would they tell us the truth anyway? She’s gorgeous. I can see why they gave her the role of Victoria although her face is too angelic for it.

I’m sorry I don’t really heart her replacement Bryce Dallas Howard.

She’s pretty too. But I guess I’ve gotten too used with Rachelle LaFevre, but who knows? Maybe she’ll play the part better.

I took this photo in Singapore’s Chinatown. I haven’t been posting much about Singapore lest you get sick of reading it. Hahaha. Maybe next time.

I’m off today to attend an event in Trinoma for Taters’ anniversary and G.I. Joe screening, and buy one of my gifts for the boyfriend’s birthday. I hope he likes it! Wish me well.  I’ll try to post more stuff next time, especially in the realm of fashion, but work, both freelance and full-time, has been soooo hectic.  Have a great weekend!

Team Edward or Team Jacob?

With the tee-craze in the Philippines, tee designers were quick to latch on the Twilight trend with Team Edward or Team Jacob tees. But I never bought one, it’s nice and all but I just can’t get the impulse to buy one. Until I came across that picture (see above), in www.peoplestylewatch.com, it’s a peek of Nordstorm’s new collection of New Moon apparel.

The line will compose of tees, hoodies, dresses, and even jewelry! I like the ones in the picture, it’s very casual and looks comfy. However, it’s going to be a long wait for Twi-fans as the collection will only go on sale in October at Nordstrom.com.

As for the team I’m rooting for, I’m all for Team Jacob in the book (Lautner is cute but the Jacob in my imagination just can’t compare). In the movie, I’m an Edwardian through and through.
